I am a 68 year year old with severe arthritis. I try to do 5000 steps a day but week ends are my downfall. My challenge would be to maintain 5000 minimum Mon- Fri and 3000 at the weekend. I also would like to lose around 1 lb per week. I am really enjoying the challenges and since I got my fitbit am able to do Marathons around the world. Virtual ones of course.
