Ok.... I hate running but I need to start!!
I promised my hubby after he finished his rememberance day run that I would train and run it too in 2019. ? Still done nothing in the way of putting a pair of trainers on!

So to keep my promise I am going to start my training. It can only be a good thing as it should help lose the weight I have piled on since having a baby, moving house and Christmas ?????

So I need to run 3 times a week. I know I need to build my distance up so I can run 5km by November and I need to do hill training as the run in November is up a ruddy big one!!?

So from a non runner ... to someone who can finish an uphill 5km race (and keep up the running after so I can stay fit and well for all my family) I want to make my husband and my kids proud❣️
Time to put my trainer in and bite the bullet!!
