    Just a quick accountability update. Weight loss has been a slower journey than I anticipated, but I am still trying to keep my focus on this goal. I went up some first to 189 lbs - not proud of that, but it did help me to realize that I had to lose weight.
    This morning, I weighed myself in at 182 lbs. I have been making some lifestyle changes that have helped a lot, and plan to keep at it with those until I'm back where I want to be!

    As I finished up my classes this spring, I noticed that I had really let my exercising go to the wayside this past winter. While I cannot change that, I can take the summer to get back on track and get myself back to a fit, healthy physique!
    I currently weigh 185 lbs, and my goal is to get myself back to 160 lbs by the time that it really starts to feel like fall here in October.
