    Starting strong.....

    1,000 miles in the year is an average of 2.74 miles a day

    Went to bed in the early hours planning to do a 1 mile run (plus warm up and cool down walks) today
    When I got up I decided I'd tackle a 5k (which I log as 3.12 miles on my watch)
    Ended up doing 3.5miles - plus 0.59 miles walking (warm up and cool down), making for a total of 4.09 miles

    I'm aiming to update on here every Sunday now ‏ — feeling happy
