MedalMadUK), I am back on the running train. Not only am I running again, but my last run I really pushed myself. I only went and got my very first sub 30 5K! I have been chasing this for so long and it finally happened. I am super proud of myself. It was a hard run, I almost burnt out after the 3rd km as i was running much quicker than I usually would have. However menatally I dragged myself through the last 2 km and got that sub 30.
I am enjoying running again. I will complete this challenege. I will hit 500km for the year. Currently on 301km so I have smashed my origonal 300km target. Im so glad i upped it to 500km. This will be a challenge because of the time i took for a rest but I will complete it.
