    went for a run using the couch to 5k app and did the 20min run with no stopping and felt good. I did the next stage where you keep having having a walk in between and found it harder but I didn't stop.

    Also I've signed up to do race for life in June ‏ — feeling happy

    so proud of my run today managed 2x 8min runs without feeling the need to stop. cant believe in 5 weeks from not being able to run to now running for this time. ‏ — feeling great

    just been for a nice Sunday run feel like these runs are getting easier. I hope I'm doing the correct pace and not being to slow 🤔 has anyone got any tips?? I'm just doing a job pace. clicked on the wrong run lil should have been week 3 run 2 🙈. Happy Sunday everyone xx

    decided to do the couch to 5km app did the 1st run of the week on it. felt loads better then just going out running. ‏ — feeling happy
