During 2020 i will try and walk or jog/run a minimum of 120km or 75 miles a month, totalling 1440km or 900 miles in the year! Eek!

I have varying health conditions, the main one being fibromyalgia, so this will certainly be a challenge for me! But i will do my best to achieve this and not make myself poorly doing it!

I also hope to start to do some jogging this year .... so we shall see!
