  • Cold wet miserable weather. Typical start to British winter. Christmas adverts. Me making my ultimate winter comfort food. Spare ribs, bbq sauce, cabbage and mash. Running round the house to keep my step numbers up. Just hope the neighbours can't see me. Keep warm and be safe out there everyone.

improved week. a 3.5mil at 8.05 avg pace on Tuesday, swiftly followed by a 3.54mil at 7.55 pacing on Wednesday. I didn't get out on Thursday, but pushed on a little for a 5.25mile run on Friday at 7.58. that puts me on just over 12 for the week, but more importantly, brings me to 489 for the year. 11 to go until I hit that magic 500! (and claim my ministry of running 500 medal!!) that, is 100% happening next week! Tattoo update booked in for the end of the month too, so hopefully have a much better looking piece of artwork to share in a couple of weeks

I Will Get My Wolf Medal!!
Possibly the most eventful run I've ever had.  Eventful 10 miles. Started off fine, legs were aching a bit but I was ignoring that.  First incident: Garmin didn't pick up GPS until I'd done my first ½k. This I didn't realise until I'd finished.  Second incident : crossing the road, no cars so I didn't press the button. 2 steps into t...

Wow can’t believe it’s been 6 months since I last post !!! Time flies, unfortunately I’ve not been having fun .
Lost my dad in September 💔
Now just trying to step it up again.
My aim was to run 4000 km this year, actually achieved this in September, so I’ve raised the bar , 5000km .
Managed in June to run 100 miles in 22hrs.
Have signed up for this next year and Race to the Stones.
Hope everyone is enjoying their running

Up to 19.5 miles for November - fireworks and weather really hampering longer dog walks, seems bonfire night lasts for about 2 weeks these days!! On a positive note all mileage counts no matter how short or long the walk is ‏ — feeling happy

22.4 km total for the week and my knee seems to be improving which I'm very happy with. It stayed dry today for a lovely 5K walk so I managed to complete my final challenge for the Remembrance medals, which I absolutely love. Looking forward to receiving the final one!
