    Having started running in April 2018, it is really beginning to change my life for the better. This year I want to continue to push myself and run to change and improve both my physical and mental health.

    This year my running challenges are to:

    * Complete a sub 30 5k

    * Complete a sub 30 5k
    * Complete a sub 1 hour 10k
    * Complete two half marathons
    * Run 1000k over the entire year.
