    Second week continued to have false starts. Planned multiple runs but always found an excuse not to go.
    Managed 3 lots of exercise in the week though, including starting a new regime at the gym. Definitely feeling fitter after upping the exercise towards the end of the year, just need to get a routine going where doubts aren’t allowed to enter.

    I’m good at the planning stage, less so the doing!
