    This week I am focussing on running not weight loss. I have my nans funeral on Friday and a 10k race on Sunday. My training went to pot due to my nans illness and death, but I am determined to complete it however slow. So far I have done 2 runs this week and have a short run planned for Friday morning to keep the legs moving and to help clear my head. And Sunday I will go and do my best and focus on finishing, not time 😊
