    I’ve had a great week. Run 3 times, with a total distance of 15km... that’s the most I’ve done in a week so far and one of them was a track session, which I’ve not done before. Got a “this time round” PB for today’s parkrun.
    Lost 4 1/2lb
    And found out that I’m keeping my job after months of worry.
    Feeling far more positive than I was this time last week 🐢😊🏅
