    So a little update - I know it’s supposed to be weekly, however - I’m now suffering from depression having gotten a stress fracture in my pelvis. I never realised how beneficial the running really was for me, until I couldn’t do it. I’m gutted as at the moment, I’m still in bed rest - definitely no running for a while, and my walking is more like a fast rest. Physio is starting at the end of next week, here’s hoping I’m not out for to long 🤞
