You can run, walk, swim, cycle or use cardio equipment at home or in the gym. Please upload your evidence to the my chalenges section on the website or MedalMad app.
The medals are sent out from the 1st of May 2021 on completion of the challenge. Evidence must be submitted by the 31st of May of 2021.
