A 1KM, 2KM, 3KM and 4KM run, walk, cycle, swim, row, roll, cycle or scoot is all that is needed to complete the challenge. Cover a total of 10KM to earn the medal and certificate.

Reward their progress with a badge after each of the individual distances.

They can use the colouring tracker to keep a track of their progress.

Then on the completion of all badges reward them with their medal and certificate. They can either do the distance for each badge starting from 0 or you can accumulate the distance as they go.
