To enter simply vlog or blog (with pictures) a MedalMad challenge, from start to finish. It can be any challenge that you are doing. We would like you to be as creative and imaginative as possible. It is not about how quick, far, or well you complete the challenge. It is about your journey, how you chose to complete the challenge and what it means to you.

Your vlog or blog will be shown at our stand at the National Running Show Birmingham in Jan 2020.

The MedalMad team will choose the top 3 blogs or vlogs to go to a public vote on the MedalMad community page. Voting will take place from the 17th December to the 20th of December. the winner will be announced on the 23rd of December 2019.

Entries must be submitted by the 13th of December 11:59:00 PM. Entries after this date and time will not be accepted.

By entering the competition you are giving MedalMad permission to use your blog or vlog in digital and print marketing.

All entries must be submitted by a person aged 16 or older at the time of submission. Children may be included in vlogs or blogs if you wish and if you have  parental/guardian permission to do so.
